As part of the Operations team, this role will provide support to our customers, particularlly those situated in regions where we does not have an established physical presence.
The Customer Application Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot any software-related problems, help our customers install applications and programs, assist them with computer issues and explain technical details.
Duties & Responsibilities
The main duties are:
Consult, specify, install, configure, and provide support on issues related to: Lantek systems software suite, database server and CAD/CAM integration.
Support and implement customer projects in Lantek software.
Define solutions in exchange with customers.
Create specifications according to the customer's requirements.
Train customers and employees in Lantek systems (on-site and online).
Universidad - Grado / Licenciatura
To fill this position, we’re looking for a profile with:
Technical background, preferably Computer Engineering .
Experience in technical projects involving ERP software.
Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows, IIS, SQL).
Knowledge of Lantek systems would be desirable.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the Sheet Metal industry would be desirable.
Knowledge of databases: databases management, SQL Server.
Native Spanish speaker.
Advanced level of English. Knowledge of German, French, or other languages will be a plus.
